BigCommerce Script Manager lets you choose which page types load the script: All Pages, Store Pages, Checkout, or Order Confirmation. For full optimization coverage, select "All Pages."
Replace YOUR_WORKSPACE_ID with the ID from your Grona dashboard. The complete snippet with your ID is available in Settings > Installation.
Step-by-step instructions
Follow these steps to add the Grona snippet to your BigCommerce site.
Log in to your BigCommerce admin
Go to your BigCommerce admin panel and log in with your admin credentials.
Open Script Manager
Navigate to Storefront > Script Manager in the left sidebar. Script Manager lets you add third-party scripts without editing theme files.
Create a new script
Click "Create a Script" in the top right corner.
Configure the script settings
Fill in the following fields: Name: "Grona". Description: "Grona optimization snippet" (optional). Location: Select "Head." Select pages: Choose "All Pages" for site-wide optimization. Script type: Select "Script."
If you want Grona on specific pages only, select "Store Pages" or individual page types instead of "All Pages." You can always change this later.
Paste the snippet and save
Paste the Grona snippet into the script content field. Click Save. The script goes live immediately.
Verify your installation
Confirm the snippet is loading correctly.
- 1Visit your BigCommerce storefront in a browser.
- 2Navigate to a product page and a category page.
- 3Open DevTools (right-click > Inspect > Network tab).
- 4Filter by "grona" in the network requests.
- 5Confirm you see antiflicker.js and main.js loading on each page (status 200).
